The Hitachi EX60 is Hitachi’s time-tested classic 6-tonne small crawler excavator. Powered by a Nissan BD30 engine with Tier 2 emission standard, it features a simple structure and high tolerance for low-quality diesel fuel. Compact in size and flexible in swing movement, it is suitable for rural infrastructure, pipeline excavation, yard renovation, landscaping and dredging projects. As an older Japanese mini excavator that has circulated overseas for many years, it is rugged and durable with extremely low repair barriers. Spare parts are widely available locally. It is favoured by customers in many less developed regions and is a high-volume classic model for used excavator export.
